Abstract: The article deals with the main issues of development of the market of meat products of cattle breeding. Thework of various enterprises for growing, fattening, slaughtering, processing, storage and sale of both live cattle, beefand products of its processing, differing in size and amount of produced and sold meat products, production direc-tions, economic and financial results is evaluated.
